Avistele at Glenridge has been a wonderful place for us until last month. They are now known as The Nevadan and they are simply awful! Nothing is cleaned anymore, the racquetball court smells terrible, they have changed their member services office hours to inconvenient hours unlike before, and the new staff are nowhere close to the service I had with the prior staff. They were friendly with a wonderful desire to build relationships with their members and it's sad to see they are all gone and replaced with employees who don't care as much about their members. I am sad. I was hoping to spend more years here but I'm moving on after my lease ends.

| agreed. will be leaving after my lease ends too. Seems like they went from a management wanting to build a business to a company on a cash grab. | |

| Wow. This is so helpful. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't my imagination that the office hours had changed. I was in the office trying to fix things today and it isn't going well. Heard other "members" complaining. Did anyone else get sufficient written notice for anything? | |

| Agreed, this management is rude and STUPID as ever. They're lazy, incompetent, and they are LIARS. They seriously need to get it together before they lose all their members. But hey, maybe that's what they want to do. I am leaving and never coming back. | |

| I completely agree! Since The Nevadan took over Avistele, we had out car stolen because they "forgot" to close the gates, we had our roof cave in because they would not come to check out a pipe that was leaking in the apartment above us, all the equipment in the gym is broken, we can't ever get ahold of anyone when we call or visit. Its terrible! | |

| I agree completely. I loved the staff when it was the Avistele, and my experience has been horrible since the Nevadan took over. For people looking for a new place to live do NOT waste your time or money here. | |

| Wow! So glad I read this review! I just took my parents there last week and they did not have any golf carts to take us to the 2 apartments that I wanted to view. We WALKED from one side of the complex to the other!! | |
