I've been living in this apartment community for a few years now and I have been completely satisfied with the way the grounds have been kept, the friendly staff whenever you walk into the office and the sense of urgency to handle the issues of a tenant until the community was brought by a new company called Nevadan. Lately its been the worst experience of my life and I can't wait until the end of my lease so I can escape this hell hole called the Nevadan.Whenever you walk into the office they look at you as if you're disturbing them while they are on their cell phone. whenever you ask them a question they have a tendency to give you the answer that they think you want to hear just to get you out of their face.The gate entering into the community is broken 90% of the time and when its working correctly it stays open long enough for 10 cars of non residents that are waiting by the mailboxes that don't belong to tailgate a resident. If you call with a maintenance issue they never follow up with you to see if the problem was corrected or anything that a professional community office is required to do.I am strongly discouraging anyone from moving here if you don't already live here. They really need to do better with maintaining this community. Maybe they should bring the old crew back.
